- Work Order Processing: Record information, prepare work orders, and distribute them to service crews.
- Scheduling and Dispatch: Schedule service calls and dispatch service crews as needed.
- Customer Communication: Communicate with customers to ensure satisfactory performance of service.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of service calls and work orders.
- Dispatch and Communication: Dispatch orders and relay messages and special instructions to mobile crews and other departments using radio telephone equipment.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and oral communication skills in English.
- Integrity and Commitment: Highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction and passion for excellence in treating and caring for customers.
- Decision Making and Analytical Skills: Strong decision-making and analytical skills.
- Work Ethic and Team Player: Strong work ethic and team player mentality.
- Experience: 2 years of experience in a dispatch or similar customer service center position, and 1 year of experience in a customer service center supervisory position.
- Education: High School Diploma.
