At GetixHealth, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Operations Manager to join our team. This is a full-time position based in the United States, and the salary range for this role is $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience.

The Customer Service Operations Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our customer service department and the company as a whole. They will work closely with our representatives and supporting staff to ensure that every aspect of the process is working efficiently and effectively. This includes communicating with clients directly, as well as with upper management when necessary.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of customer service experience, with at least 2 years of management experience at a Team Lead or Supervisor level. They will also possess outstanding listening, communication, and problem-solving skills, as well as knowledge of all federal, state, and local healthcare laws and regulations.

The Customer Service Operations Manager will be responsible for setting and monitoring production and quality goals for the department, as well as monitoring inventory to ensure that all accounts are receiving the necessary calls and touches. They will also compile and provide operations reporting to management as needed, and assist the Manager and/or Assistant Director with the daily running of the call center.

In addition, the Customer Service Operations Manager will act as a backup when the Manager or Assistant Director is not available, and will help manage call queues by ensuring that Team Leads are monitoring and managing their staff for optimal production and efficiency. They will also conduct random call audits to ensure that the department's level of quality meets the standards set.

Preferred skills and qualifications for this role include ability to motivate staff, prior management experience, outstanding listening and communication skills, and knowledge of all federal, state, and local healthcare laws and regulations. The ideal candidate will also be proficient in EXCEL and have effective organizational skills and detail-oriented.
