Position Overview:
The Client Engagement Director plays a pivotal role in fostering relationships with clients to ensure they derive maximum value from our solutions while minimizing retention risks.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Client Engagement Director, you will:

  • Engage directly with clients to facilitate the optimization of our solutions and address any issues that may lead to dissatisfaction.
  • Collaborate closely with clients and the Account Management team to enhance client satisfaction, driving retention and growth.
  • Act as a trusted resource, blending business process knowledge with expertise in talent management and a deep understanding of our offerings.
  • Serve as a customer advocate within the organization, ensuring that client needs are met effectively.
  • Participate in a shared services team focused on resolving client business challenges that affect satisfaction post-implementation.
  • Conduct optimization workshops and coaching sessions to empower clients in leveraging our solutions.
  • Navigate and address post-implementation challenges that may hinder clients from realizing the full value of our offerings.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to clients on best practices to achieve their business objectives through our solutions.

Qualifications:
To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or Finance.
  • A minimum of three years of experience utilizing our application with a proven track record of high proficiency.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
  • A passion for ensuring customer success and satisfaction.
  • The ability to adapt to changing roles and responsibilities in a dynamic environment.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:
Having an MBA is considered a plus.
