The Client Services Associate undertakes various tasks aimed at fortifying advisor-client connections, ensuring a high level of client contentment.

In this role, you will collaborate with different teams to prepare essential documents prior to client meetings, organize sales and presentation materials, compile meeting notes, and facilitate client access for new accounts.

Daily responsibilities include:

  • Compiling and updating necessary documents and contracts.
  • Preparing presentation materials.
  • Gathering meeting notes and inputting them into client files.
  • Obtaining and processing all client information and transactions.
  • Creating new accounts and maintaining client portfolios.
  • Performing administrative and clerical duties as required.
  • Responding to client inquiries regarding products and services.
  • Scheduling advisor-client meetings.

Qualifications & Skills
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:

  • Experience as a Client Services Associate or in a similar administrative role within the financial sector is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
