As a Client Service Associate, you will:
  • Establish and nurture relationships with clients to understand their specific needs and concerns.
  • Address inquiries and fulfill requests for both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Respond swiftly to customer queries through phone and electronic communication.
  • Deliver exceptional service to all clients, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Oversee customer portfolios effectively.
  • Organize tasks to align with clients' timelines and requirements.
  • Perform data entry of client information, along with electronic filing and document retrieval.
  • Efficiently navigate multiple databases with accuracy.
  • Conduct research, analysis, review, and processing of legal documents.
  • Propose enhancements to processes where necessary.
  • Maintain and expand existing client relationships by providing outstanding service and identifying suitable additional services.

Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
  • Experience in customer service or administrative roles.
  • A proactive and energetic approach, thriving in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong skills in prioritization and time management.
  • Flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Effective problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in computer skills, particularly in MS Office, Word, and Excel.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience with Salesforce is advantageous.

Eligibility:
Candidates must be eligible to work in the country without sponsorship.
