Job Summary

The Global Account Executive will be responsible for selling AIT's services to clients and transitioning accounts to account managers for ongoing maintenance and service. This role will also develop new business across all core competencies for the vertical market, identify and initiate business development opportunities with current AIT customers, and work closely with operations staff to ensure customers' needs and expectations are met.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 7+ years of experience in direct sales for the logistics industry.
  • Strong presentation skills and effective follow-up skills.
  • Entrepreneurial attitude.
  • Competitive and confident personality with strongly developed persuasive and negotiation skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think and respond quickly to sales and service issues.
What We Offer
  • Base compensation.
  • Commissions up to 6% based on specific sales goals and objectives.
  • Benefits package including medical, prescription, health savings account, flexible spending accounts, dental, vision, life, AD&D, disability, supplemental health, employee support, paid parental leave, pet insurance, 401(k), and tuition reimbursement.
  • Up to 10-20 days of vacation, 2 personal days, 5 sick days, 5 volunteer hours, and 6 company holidays annually.
