Printer and Copier Maintenance Specialist

We are currently seeking skilled Printer and Copier Maintenance Specialists to enhance our esteemed team in the Rhode Island area. Our technicians are factory trained and certified in leading brands such as Sharp, Canon, Brother, and Hewlett Packard.
As a Maintenance Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to uphold the functionality of customer printers and copiers, executing both repair and preventive maintenance service calls.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with Dispatch to manage service calls effectively.
- Conduct preventive maintenance and repairs on various machines.
- Adhere to established performance metrics regarding service calls, minimizing callbacks and optimizing parts usage.
- Engage with customers and dispatch to provide clear updates and timelines for service delivery.
- Prioritize service calls within designated contract agreements for assigned regions.

Requirements:
- Experience with Canon and Sharp printers/copies is preferred.
- Familiarity with other brands is advantageous.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in the industry is required.
Essential Qualifications:
- Valid Driver's License (Mandatory)
- Relevant Copier Certifications (Mandatory)
