Key Responsibilities
  • Communicate with Dispatch to open and close calls accordingly
  • Perform preventative maintenance on machines and repairs on machines
  • Meet established criteria for number of calls, limited call backs, and parts utilization
  • Communicate with customers and dispatch to provide updates and timelines for services
  • Manage assigned areas for call prioritization within defined contract agreements
Requirements
  • Experience with Canon and Sharp copier/printer systems preferred
  • Other manufacturer brands are a plus
  • Minimum 3 years of industry experience
