We are excited to present an opportunity at JCC Association for dedicated individuals to contribute to our Maintenance/Housekeeping team. This part-time position entails a commitment of 20 hours per week, with scheduled hours from Monday to Friday, from 6 pm to 10 pm.
Key Responsibilities:
Main Tasks Include:
- Executing floor maintenance tasks such as sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming.
- Ensuring the cleanliness of windows and mirrors.
- Maintaining and restocking restroom supplies.
- Managing waste disposal and trash removal.
- Tracking cleaned and inspected areas through a maintenance log.
- Replenishing cleaning and maintenance inventory.
- Organizing janitorial storage spaces.
- Reporting unsafe conditions or maintenance requirements to supervisors.
- Carrying out specialized cleaning assignments and projects.
- Adhering to all health and safety regulations.
- Completion of high school education or equivalent (GED).
- Ability to follow safety protocols and organizational policies.
- Proficiency in physical tasks and operation of janitorial tools and equipment.
- Attention to detail and precision in work.
- Capacity to adhere to schedules and fulfill commitments.
- Effective time management skills and ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
