  • Observing and encouraging toddlers during their play and exploration activities.
  • Supporting crafts, reading sessions, and various hands-on experiences.

  • Passion for Child Development: A heartfelt commitment to nurturing young toddlers and a strong desire to support their growth.
  • Patience: Ability to maintain composure and patience in a lively environment with active toddlers.
  • Positive Attitude: An energetic and enthusiastic personality that can engage toddlers and inspire a love for learning.
  • Experience with Young Children: Previous experience working with toddlers is highly desirable.
  • Collaborative Spirit: Capability to work effectively with lead educators and fellow staff to cultivate a nurturing atmosphere.
  • Creativity: A talent for designing and executing enjoyable, educational activities such as crafts and reading sessions.
  • Effective Communication: Strong verbal skills to interact positively with both children and their families.
  • Observational Skills: Ability to attentively observe toddlers, understanding their needs and interests, and responding accordingly.
  • Physical Stamina: Capability to engage with active toddlers, including lifting, bending, and playing on the floor as necessary.
  • First Aid/CPR Certification: While not required, having First Aid/CPR certification is advantageous.
