SLP Diagnostician Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Diagnostician to join our dynamic team at Soliant. As an SLP Diagnostician, your primary responsibility will be to conduct thorough assessments of preschoolers aged 2.11 to 5 years, focusing on their speech and language development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform comprehensive diagnostic evaluations of preschoolers, utilizing standardized and non-standardized assessment tools to identify communication skills and potential speech and language issues.
  • Collaborate with our Birth to Three Transition Team to deliver accurate diagnoses and provide recommendations for intervention and support.
  • Maintain detailed records of assessment outcomes, observations, and suggestions.
  • Effectively communicate assessment findings and recommendations to families, caregivers, and other professionals involved in the child's well-being.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
  • Strong understanding of preschool speech and language development milestones.
  • Familiarity with various assessment tools and techniques commonly used with preschool-aged children.
