Job Description

The Lease Servicing Specialist II is responsible for managing lease transactions from initiation to completion. This role involves prioritizing tasks, ensuring quality control, maintaining documentation, and overseeing funding and booking processes. Collaboration with Relationship Services Specialists (RSS), asset management, credit, accounts payable, and tax departments is essential to fulfill lease origination commitments. Regular updates will be provided to leadership and relevant internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

1. Liaise with leasing clients and partners to gather credit conditions necessary for lease documentation, ensuring compliance with requirements.
2. Draft and distribute lease contract documents to clients and partners in line with established policies, verifying accuracy and completeness.
3. Execute booking procedures to align with internal, partner, and customer commitments, ensuring accuracy in the lease accounting system.
4. Manage funding activities for designated accounts, conducting due diligence as per company policies and preparing payment requests as needed.
5. Oversee maintenance tasks related to contract modifications, corrections, and end-of-lease decisions throughout the lease lifecycle.
6. Complete UCC filings in accordance with regulatory standards and manage legal documents with relevant authorities.
7. Provide support to team members by assisting with closing activities as necessary.
8. Conduct quality assurance checks to uphold high standards within the team.
9. Communicate workload status to team and leadership, promptly escalating issues as they arise.
10. Engage actively with the team to ensure fulfillment of partner and customer commitments and to resolve issues effectively.
11. Participate in relationship management calls and on-site visits to strengthen partnerships and enhance service delivery.
12. Collaborate closely with Relationship Managers, Account Managers, clients, and lease partners to deliver exceptional customer service.
13. Regularly review and update procedures to ensure alignment with business practices.
14. Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and collaborate with management to implement enhancements.
15. Cross-train to provide support and backup for other associates as needed.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required.
Experience

Minimum of 2 years of experience in the leasing sector is preferred. An Associate's or Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field is advantageous. Familiarity with the Farm Credit System and leasing documentation, as well as tax and closing requirements, is preferred. Proficiency in office software applications, Tvalue, CRM, and Rapport is necessary.

Skills

Ability to adapt to varying work schedules to meet deadlines, problem-solving skills, and the ability to engage effectively with individuals at all organizational levels. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel) and capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team. Strong organizational, time management, detail orientation, and customer service skills are essential, along with excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

Physical Requirements

This position is primarily sedentary, requiring the ability to exert up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently.

Travel Requirements

Occasional travel may be required, typically once a month or less.

About The Judge Group

The typical base pay range for this role is between $50,000 - $61,250. Compensation may vary based on individual job-related knowledge, skills, expertise, and experience. This position is eligible for a discretionary annual incentive program driven by organizational and individual performance.
