They oversee leasing strategies and execute sales initiatives, although they do not have direct supervisory responsibilities.
The Leasing Manager collaborates with potential residents throughout the leasing process, addressing maintenance requests and resident concerns effectively.
In addition, they play a vital role in achieving property performance goals by mentoring and guiding team members to maintain high occupancy levels and foster resident satisfaction.
This position primarily operates at a designated site that requires focused leasing strategies, contingent on business needs.
Compensation:
Starting pay is $19 per hour or higher based on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize effective sales techniques to lease available apartments.
- Implement daily marketing strategies through various platforms, including social media.
- Conduct property tours and showcase available units, applying product knowledge to secure leases.
- Maintain customer relationship management systems to document interactions with prospective and current residents.
- Oversee the leasing and renewal processes in alignment with company policies and fair housing regulations.
- Establish and nurture long-term relationships with residents by addressing inquiries and concerns, and referring issues to management or maintenance as necessary.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in property management or a related field is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Demonstrated sales skills with a strong drive to close deals.
- Experience in customer service with a focus on resident satisfaction.
- Familiarity with Rent Cafe CRM Software is preferred.
- Certifications such as Certified Apartment Leasing Professional (CALP) are a plus.
- A valid driver's license, vehicle, and insurance are required as per company standards.
