Job Overview

Tesoro Group is currently in search of a skilled leasing professional to support our esteemed client at two upscale residential properties. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of one year of leasing experience, with a strong emphasis on luxury properties.

Position Details:

  • Salary: $20-24/hour, depending on qualifications.
  • Work Schedule: Tuesday to Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM, and Saturday from 10 AM to 4 PM.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure model and target apartments are prepared for viewings, maintaining cleanliness in work areas, common spaces, and the office.
  • Complete lease agreements and collect rental deposits efficiently.
  • Effectively market the properties by answering inquiries, conducting tours, and highlighting community amenities.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of lease terms, specifications, and community policies.
  • Keep updated marketing materials and distribute them to local businesses and apartment locators.
  • Regularly assess competitive properties to stay informed about market trends.
  • Engage in outreach marketing at least once a week.
  • Develop and uphold a resident retention program under the guidance of the Community Manager.
  • Maintain organized resident and property files.
  • Address resident requests and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Consistently present a professional appearance and demeanor.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of one year of experience in luxury leasing is preferred.
  • Familiarity with fair housing regulations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and Excel.
  • Experience with Yardi software is required.
  • Must pass a background check prior to employment.
  • Possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation for property visits.
