Tesoro Group is in search of a skilled leasing professional to support a long-term client in managing their luxury residential property. The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of one year of leasing experience, particularly in high-end markets. This position is structured as a contract-to-hire opportunity.

Property Details: The role involves working with a building that features 164 upscale units across six stories.

Compensation: $20 per hour, dependent on qualifications. This role is designed as a contract-to-hire position.

Work Schedule: Tuesday to Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM, and Saturday from 10 AM to 4 PM.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct property tours and lease apartments to qualified individuals in accordance with income guidelines.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to both prospects and residents.
  • Manage the prospect pipeline through the applicant tracking system via various communication methods.
  • Organize and host open house events to promote leasing opportunities.
  • Engage with customers through in-person meetings, phone calls, emails, and texts.
  • Complete necessary application paperwork and process through the appropriate channels.
  • Determine household eligibility for affordable housing programs through required documentation.
  • Collaborate with the compliance team to ensure proper application processing.
  • Prepare weekly reports as needed.
  • Assist residents with inquiries and manage service requests.
  • Conduct community inspections once the property is operational.
  • Support marketing outreach initiatives as required.
  • Facilitate move-in processes as necessary.
  • Maintain the office, vacant units, and tour routes to ensure they are presentable.
  • Operate office equipment, including printers and computers.
  • Handle mail and prepare necessary correspondence and documentation.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of one year of leasing experience, with a preference for luxury properties.
  • Familiarity with fair housing regulations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and Excel.
  • Experience with Yardi software is essential.
  • Ability to pass a background check prior to employment.
