About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized School Office Manager to join our team at Central Point Preparatory Academy in Columbus, Ohio. As the first point of contact for students, parents, and the general public, you will be responsible for managing all office functions and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage school-wide phone, email, and in-person communications
  • Assist with human resource needs, including I-9 verification and weekly time & attendance submissions
  • Maintain accurate student records, ensure compliance with federal regulations, and participate in annual record audits
  • Perform administrative support functions, such as preparing reports, filing, and processing mail and packages
  • Coordinate meetings, events, and transportation logistics
Requirements
  • Associate's degree; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum two (2) years' office management experience
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent organization, communication, and time management skills
  • Able to work independently and contribute to a team

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience. ACCEL Schools offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, retirement contributions, and career advancement opportunities.
