About the Role

As a Medical Administrative Coordinator at Williamson Health, you will play a vital role in supporting the Rehabilitation Services team in Franklin, Tennessee. Our exceptional health care system offers comprehensive in-patient and out-patient services, with over 825 providers representing more than 70 medical specialties and sub-specialties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Rehabilitation Therapists, ensuring smooth delivery of patient care.
  • Maintain accurate and timely records, orders supplies, and equipment as directed.
  • Clean, organize, and maintain departmental equipment, supplies, treatment areas, and storage areas.
  • Support new team members during their orientation and skill development.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Demonstrated accuracy in written and oral communication in English.
  • BLS certification required within 90 days of hire.
