Job Title: Technical Support Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Novatech Inc. The ideal candidate will have excellent technical knowledge and communication skills to provide top-notch support to our Managed IT clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct user support for Managed IT clients via remote and in-field support
  • Level 1/1.5 troubleshooting of user-generated tickets
  • Installation of licensed software
  • Engagement of tickets based on severity
  • Proper customer communication for work approval
  • Maintain security and privacy levels regarding customer data and corporate policies

Requirements:

  • Excellent technical knowledge and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
