Project Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Support Specialist to join our team at ACS Professional Staffing. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our project managers, ensuring the smooth operation of our projects. Your strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently will be essential in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative support to project managers, including managing project files, tracking project progress, and ensuring timely completion of tasks.
* Develop and maintain project SharePoint sites, ensuring accurate records retention and easy access to project information.
* Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including site users, project managers, and other team members, to identify needs and provide support.
* Maintain and organize project documents, including actions and statuses on SharePoint, to ensure easy access and retrieval of information.
* Provide user training to project staff and others as needed, to ensure they have the necessary skills to use project tools and systems effectively.
* Prepare and deliver written and oral communications to various groups, including project managers, team members, and stakeholders, to keep them informed of project progress and status.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, preferably in applied management, business, or project management, and 2 or more years of advanced administrative or technical experience.
* OR Associate degree from an accredited college or university in a management, technical, or science-related field and at least 4 years of advanced administrative or technical experience.
* OR High School diploma/GED and at least 6 years of experience in advanced administrative or technical experience.
* Commercial nuclear experience required.
