Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with various teams to develop and implement comprehensive social media content strategies, with a strong emphasis on TikTok.
  • Optimize content calendars to ensure a balance of evergreen and timely campaign content.
  • Craft and communicate brand and campaign strategies that align with client objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze content performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Work closely with the creative team to generate engaging content that aligns with overarching social strategies.
  • Oversee the flow of content across all platforms, ensuring timely delivery and maximizing opportunities.
  • Assist in executing social and community management strategies for product launches and events.
  • Conduct competitive analysis to inspire innovative ideas and strategies.
  • Stay informed about emerging platforms and technologies to inform cutting-edge strategies.
  • Contribute to thought leadership initiatives, developing insights and content in collaboration with the B2B team.
Qualifications:
  • 5-8 years of experience in social media management or strategy within a creative agency.
  • Deep understanding of consumer culture, particularly among Gen Z.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
  • Proficiency in managing social media channels and familiarity with TikTok.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to guide teams toward strategic goals.
  • Experience with business collaboration tools and insight-mining platforms.
Compensation:
The estimated salary range for this role is $100,000-115,000, based on experience and skill level. At Movers+Shakers, we prioritize equitable compensation and encourage open discussions about salary during the hiring process.
