THE ROLE

Creative Strategy:
  • Conceive, develop, and implement innovative marketing strategies that align with our clients' objectives.
  • Enhance brand visibility, engagement, and conversions through compelling content and authentic partnerships.
Campaign Management:
  • Oversee the daily operations of the creative department and manage the complete execution of exciting campaigns.
  • Ensure effective project management, timely delivery, and clear measurement of key performance indicators (KPIs).
Business Development:
  • Collaborate with sales and business development teams to craft winning pitches and proposals.
  • Excel in client presentations and RFP responses, demonstrating your expertise in creative and influencer marketing.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • 3+ years of experience in the creative services industry, particularly in creative strategy.
  • Strong understanding of creative performance, platform trends, and expertise in performance and growth marketing.
  • Proven experience in managing creative services and design teams, focusing on social asset design, short-form video, copywriting, and website design.
  • A successful track record in creative sales, including developing and executing sales strategies and upselling creative services.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft unique and compelling messaging.
  • Experience with project management software and familiarity with creative tools, including emerging areas in generative AI.
  • Ability to drive overarching business goals and achieve measurable outcomes with high attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated, initiative-driven, and adaptable to changing priorities.
  • Experience in influencer marketing and managing user-generated content (UGC) is a plus but not mandatory.
