Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate cross-functionally with various teams, including account management, creative, influencer, and production, to develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies.
- Optimize content calendars to ensure a balance of evergreen and timely campaign content across social media channels.
- Craft and communicate brand and campaign strategies that align with client objectives.
- Monitor content performance and generate analytics reports to inform strategic adjustments and track success against KPIs.
- Work alongside the creative team to brainstorm engaging content that aligns with overarching social strategies.
- Oversee the daily management of content across all platforms, ensuring timely delivery and identifying opportunities for efficiency.
- Assist in executing social and community management strategies for key launches and events.
- Conduct competitive analysis and research best practices to inspire innovative ideas and executions.
- Stay updated on emerging platforms and technologies to inform forward-thinking strategies.
- Contribute to thought leadership initiatives, including blogs and webinars, to enhance Movers+Shakers' industry presence.
- 5-8 years of experience in social media management or strategy within a creative agency environment.
- Deep understanding of consumer culture, particularly among Gen Z.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making.
- Proficient in managing social media channels and developing content strategies.
- Familiarity with business collaboration tools and insight-mining platforms.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to guide teams toward strategic goals.
- A proactive and collaborative mindset.
The estimated salary range for this position is $100,000 to $115,000, reflecting the skills and experience of the candidate. We are committed to equitable compensation practices and encourage open discussions about salary during the hiring process.
