Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented coop/intern to gain hands-on HR experience in a fast-paced start-up environment. This opportunity will provide exposure to various HR functions and projects, including learning and development, recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, and team-building initiatives.

The successful candidate will support HR operational business responsibilities (50%) and project-focused work (50%), including supporting talent acquisition operations and strategic initiatives, building-out our new Learning Management System (LMS), assisting with the creation of management training programs and managerial resources, and helping plan quarterly all-company events.

Requirements
  • Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated and ability to work independently.
  • Ability to commute to our Waltham, MA site.
