Position Overview: The Adecco Group is looking for a detail-oriented and systematic Service Scheduling Coordinator. This role is pivotal in managing and updating the Service Master Schedule, which encompasses the coordination of field service technicians, installation teams, microbiological teams, and the necessary equipment such as test kits and installation tools. The Service Scheduling Coordinator will play a key role in optimizing the utilization of service personnel and resources, enhancing process efficiencies, and addressing customer requirements related to service orders and logistics. Please note that this position requires full-time on-site presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Service Schedule Oversight: Responsible for maintaining and updating the Service Master Schedule to effectively coordinate various service teams and necessary equipment.
  • Utilization Management: Analyze monthly workloads to ensure optimal use of service personnel and tools, making adjustments to schedules as needed.
  • Efficiency Enhancement: Propose actionable recommendations for improving processes within service scheduling and logistics.
  • Customer Interaction: Provide support to customers regarding service preventive maintenance orders, changes in scope, and scheduling conflicts, ensuring effective communication and resolution.
  • Logistics Management: Oversee logistics for test kits and equipment required by service teams, coordinating site logistics through direct customer engagement and contractor training.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with service supervisors to ensure accurate and timely documentation of service hours by technicians.
  • Reporting Duties: Monitor and disseminate comprehensive service reports, including Monthly Workload Analysis and Weekly Service Schedule updates.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in service scheduling, logistics management, or a related field.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the capability to manage multiple schedules and resources effectively.
  • Strong communication abilities, particularly in customer support and direct interactions.
  • Capacity to provide constructive suggestions for process enhancements.
  • Proficiency in scheduling and reporting software.
  • Willingness to commute to the designated headquarters during standard business hours.

Preferred Skills:

  • 5-10 years of experience with SAP and MS Excel.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the life sciences sector and its relation to field service operations.
