ROLE SUMMARY: The Business Development Manager will play a pivotal role in fostering and nurturing robust relationships within the Petrochemical and Refining sectors. This position requires collaboration with potential clients and existing customers to surpass their expectations and facilitate business expansion.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate prospect and customer information
  • Develop and sustain strong industrial plant connections
  • Initiate and coordinate proactive business development strategies
  • Assess presentations, proposals, and marketing materials
  • Participate in industry conferences and client engagement activities
  • Conduct research to identify and prioritize prospects, customers, and market trends
  • Work collaboratively with various departments and contractors to drive business growth

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in industrial sales
  • A degree in Business, Sales/Marketing, or a related discipline is preferred
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities
  • Prior experience in industrial services or equipment sales is advantageous
  • Basic understanding of construction and contract terminology
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM applications
  • Willingness to travel as required
