Key Responsibilities:
- Formulate and execute effective sales strategies to meet organizational sales targets and enhance market presence.
- Guide, mentor, and inspire a team of sales professionals to achieve and surpass sales goals.
- Oversee key client accounts, fostering and maintaining strong customer relationships.
- Identify and explore new business prospects within the construction sector.
- Draft and present sales proposals and contracts to both potential and existing clients.
- Negotiate pricing and terms with clients to optimize profitability.
- Analyze market trends, competitor actions, and customer requirements to uncover growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with production and logistics teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely product delivery.
- Provide regular sales updates and forecasts to upper management.
- Ensure adherence to all company policies and industry regulations.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline (preferred).
- A minimum of 5 years in sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity, ideally within the ready mix concrete or construction sectors.
- Comprehensive understanding of ready mix concrete products and their applications.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation abilities.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing effective sales strategies.
- Capability to cultivate and sustain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver's license and dependable transportation.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including early mornings, late evenings, and weekends as necessary.
