Territory Development Specialist

We are excited to offer a challenging and rewarding opportunity as a Territory Development Specialist at Brave Health.
In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with healthcare providers, identifying new opportunities for growth, and developing strategies to drive patient referrals.
You will work closely with our internal teams to align on strategic initiatives and optimize partnerships, ensuring that we deliver exceptional results for our patients and partners.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies for market expansion, including lead generation and in-person visits.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers to drive patient referrals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align on strategic initiatives and optimize partnerships.
- Generate market insights through feedback from partners, patients, and the market.
- Represent Brave Health at conferences, events, and speaking engagements to promote our mission and expand our network.
Requirements:
- 4-10 years of experience in sales, business development, account management, or partnerships.
- Proven track record of building and maintaining long-term relationships with healthcare professionals.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage senior-level stakeholders.
- Experience with CRM software and data analysis.
- Skilled in utilizing data insights to enhance sales strategies and customer engagement.
Estimated Salary: $85,000 - $100,000 per year based on experience and location.
