Position Summary:
Imagine Staffing Technology is in search of a skilled Commercial Real Estate Asset Manager to oversee a significant portfolio within a leading investment management firm. This role is pivotal in ensuring compliance and effective management of distressed loan collections, supported by a team of industry experts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a diverse portfolio, ensuring optimal performance and compliance.
  • Lead a team responsible for processing extensive borrower, property, and servicer data.
  • Evaluate asset management and servicing activities, particularly regarding distressed borrowers.
  • Conduct thorough investigations and calculations to identify potential conflicts affecting workout strategies.
  • Facilitate meetings to review compliance with operational standards and generate compliance documentation.
  • Oversee business line management, ensuring adherence to contractual obligations.
  • Anticipate workload and staffing requirements, recommend system improvements, and propose new service offerings.
  • Maintain precise records to support billing operations.
  • Analyze loan origination documentation for compliance with financial guidelines.
  • Manage loan and bond valuation initiatives, oversee loan sales, and provide litigation assistance.
  • Guide and mentor staff to foster high performance and professional growth.
  • Conduct on-demand evaluations of servicing activities, focusing on defaulted loans, and compile reports on findings.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related discipline.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Commercial Real Estate Credit Analysis, Underwriting, or related areas.
  • Strong understanding of financial markets, with advanced expertise in commercial real estate lending and credit risk management.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Argus modeling (preferred).
  • Demonstrated compliance judgment and a commitment to investigating adherence to standards.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, with strong analytical capabilities for reviewing extensive documentation.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present and defend recommendations effectively.
  • Ability to manage stress and perform under pressure while balancing multiple priorities.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, willing to engage in new projects within a dynamic environment.
  • High level of discretion due to the sensitive nature of information handled.
