Key Responsibilities:
As a Sales Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction through various administrative and clerical tasks related to guest interactions and sales processes.
Core Duties Include:
- Managing phone inquiries and ensuring prompt, professional responses.
- Drafting correspondence, reports, and forms with precision.
- Preparing sales agreements swiftly upon receipt of requests.
- Organizing and maintaining customer files and documentation.
- Assisting sales managers with proposals, projects, and special events.
- Facilitating effective communication within the sales team.
- Conducting weekly reviews of trace files to ensure follow-up.
Additional Responsibilities:
Provide assistance to guests with special requests and modifications as necessary.
Work Schedule:
This is a full-time position, typically requiring 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM.
Qualifications:
Knowledge:
Proficiency in typing (60 WPM), Microsoft Office Suite, and standard business communication formats.
Skills:
Strong listening, speaking, and comprehension abilities are essential for effective communication with clients and team members.

Education:
A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
Experience:
