Job Responsibilities:
The primary purpose of this role is to fulfill the duties of a Security Officer in alignment with company standards. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Patrolling hotel premises to maintain order and enforce regulations.
  2. Investigating disturbances, complaints, thefts, and other incidents.
  3. Monitoring hotel areas for safety and compliance.
  4. Addressing and managing disruptive individuals.
  5. Responding to emergencies and providing assistance to affected individuals.
  6. Documenting incidents and maintaining daily logs.
  7. Conducting key inventories and managing lost and found procedures.
  8. Assisting management and law enforcement during emergencies.

Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, candidates must demonstrate the ability to perform essential duties effectively. Requirements include:

  • Strong communication skills to interact with guests and staff.
  • Good judgment in emergency situations.
  • Valid CPR and First Aid certifications.

Physical Requirements:
Candidates should be able to meet the physical demands of the job, including standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required include close vision and the ability to adjust focus.

Work Hours:
Due to the nature of the hospitality industry, employees may be required to work various shifts, including nights and weekends.
