Key Responsibilities:
  • Overseeing onsite projects while maintaining safety, quality, and performance standards
  • Installing, configuring, testing, and repairing security systems and devices
  • Reading manuals, schematics, and wiring diagrams to diagnose and repair equipment
  • Operating systems to showcase equipment, assess performance, and detect issues
  • Identifying and resolving problems in malfunctioning systems or software
  • Working alongside engineering teams to address system operation challenges
  • Conducting work in compliance with regulations and company standards
  • Assisting in project management and customer demonstrations
  • Recognizing project risks and formulating strategies to mitigate them
  • Performing additional tasks as needed
Qualifications:
  • Customer-oriented with the ability to thrive under pressure
  • Experience with electronic security and intrusion detection systems
  • Proficient programming and troubleshooting abilities
  • Mechanical and electrical skills with the capability to interpret blueprints and schematics
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Advanced computer proficiency, including MS Office Suite
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally
