Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your sales and service expertise in a cutting-edge field. You'll work alongside exceptional, enthusiastic, and collaborative teammates, managing sales and services to existing transit agencies, and much more.

We'll look to you for:

  • Creating value by identifying parts and services that can prolong the life of our customers' existing fleet vehicles.
  • Taking care of sales and services to existing transit agencies in your portfolio, ensuring proactive engagement with potential new clients.
  • Identifying and pursuing sales opportunities within your customer portfolio.
  • Ensuring customers are satisfied with the products and services they have received.
  • Obtaining revenue intake targets and customer satisfaction levels.
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with transit agencies.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or other related fields.
  • 7 years of experience in rail or other related businesses, or the project engineering industry.
  • Knowledge of connections with transport agencies is preferred.
  • Familiarity with sales and customer service best practices.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets.
