Sales Development Representative

We are looking for a motivated and hardworking individual to join our sales team.
This position rotates through Counter Sales and then to Inside Sales/Business Development on the way to becoming an Outside Sales Representative.
- We offer a full range of electrical products and services with concentrations in industrial automation, building automation, lighting, and data communications.
- Our ideal candidate likes to have fun but also knows how to get stuff done.
As a Sales Trainee, you will:
- Learn and effectively communicate United's value proposition to our customer base.
- Develop relationships with vendors and accounts to leverage for future sales calls.
Responsibilities:
- Calls on Construction, Industrial & Institutional customers.
- Drives the sales strategy in each account through the development of long-term relationships.
Requirements:
- A high degree of interpersonal understanding.
- Experience in effective conflict resolution.
