Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Sales Representative to contribute to our team's growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of achieving sales targets and experience in the SaaS industry. As a Sales Representative, you will play a key role in expanding our client base by building strong relationships with prospective customers and providing them with the best solutions for their club management needs.


Responsibilities:
1. Prospect and Identify Leads:
Develop and execute strategies to generate new business opportunities.
Utilize various channels such as social media and networking to engage with potential clients.
2. Conduct Product Demos:
Effectively demonstrate the value and features of our club management software.
Tailor presentations to address the unique needs of each prospective customer.


3. Manage the Sales Cycle:
Guide prospects through the sales funnel from initial contact to close.
Negotiate terms, handle objections, and prepare proposals to meet the business needs of customers.


4. Collaborate with Internal Teams:
Work closely with marketing and product teams to align strategies and provide feedback on customer needs and product enhancements.


5. Maintain CRM and Reporting:
Keep accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions.
Track and report on sales performance against targets.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree preferred but not mandatory.

2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in a SaaS environment.

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Strong communication and presentation skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Experience in the sports or club management industry is a plus.
