Job Summary

HSM Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Manager to join our team. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for executing all sales programs, promotions, and growth initiatives within your assigned region. This role requires a strong understanding of sales principles, customer relationship management, and business development strategies.

Key Responsibilities

* Actively create and work customer leads to grow product sales regionally
* Solicit customer orders by phone, email, or through regional travel
* Display or demonstrate products, using samples or presentations, emphasizing product features and benefits
* Negotiate pricing and credit terms as directed by management
* Assist operations in coordinating customer delivery dates, according to production schedules and customer expectations
* Prepare and maintain expense reports weekly, including customer entertainment and travel expenses
* Provide technical and repair assistance to customers as needed
* Maintain accurate price schedules and customer product lists

Requirements

* 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing-related sales position
* OR 5+ years of operational management experience, including sales management and oversight of sales responsibilities
* Must have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
* Must be able to travel to visit customers and HSM facilities, with occasional overnight stays
* A minimum of a High School diploma or equivalent
