Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front Office Administrator to join our team at Annapolis Micro Systems, Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing front office operations, and supporting our administrative staff.Key Responsibilities
  • Provide professional and friendly customer service to our clients and employees
  • Manage the front office, including receiving and processing mail, packages, and inventory
  • Prepare and ship products to customers
  • Assist with office morale and upkeep, including tidying public areas and distributing acknowledgements of special events
  • Shop, stock, and organize office supplies and lunch room snacks and drinks
  • Assist with clerical tasks and support other employees as needed
  • Drive to pick-up or deliver equipment or products to employees and vendors
Requirements
  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Attention to Detail
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Strong Oral and Written Communication
  • Strong Teamwork
  • U.S. Citizenship
