Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Patient Experience Ambassador to join our team at Anne Arundel Urology PA. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient service, ensuring a positive experience for our patients, and supporting the overall efficiency of our office operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients, colleagues, and management team
  • Manage patient flow, check patients in and out, and maintain a clean and organized waiting area
  • Work closely with the care team to ensure timely processing of patients and minimal wait times
  • Perform routine administrative duties, including preparing correspondence, scheduling appointments, and updating patient information in Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems
  • Mentor and train new staff members, and respond to patient inquiries and requests
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED required; Associates Degree in Hospitality, Business, Communications, or related field preferred
  • One year of experience in a service, customer- or patient-facing role required; one year of experience in a point-of-access, scheduling, and/or Call Center preferred
  • Fluent in English; bilingual an advantage
  • Excellent customer service skills, organizational/time keeping skills, focus, and attention to detail
  • Microsoft Office Suite programs and experience with Allscripts/Veradigm and Phreesia software a plus
Benefits

Full-time position with a 40-hour workweek, Monday-Friday; benefits include paid holidays, PTO, health insurance, and uniform provided

Reliable transportation required for travel between work locations based on departmental and organizational needs
