Insurance Sales Representative

Responsibilities
  • Client Engagement: Proactively reach out to potential and existing policyholders to understand their insurance needs and offer suitable solutions.
  • New Policy Sales: Generate new insurance sales through various channels, including face-to-face meetings and community events.
  • Policy Review: Regularly review customer policies to ensure they meet current needs and offer advice on any necessary updates or changes.
  • Relationship Development: Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients to ensure their lifelong loyalty to the agency.
  • Product Expertise: Stay informed on the latest insurance products, trends, and regulations to provide knowledgeable advice to clients.
  • Community Involvement: Actively participate in local events to build the agency's reputation and connect with the community.

Requirements
  • Licensing: Active NC Property & Casualty License is preferred.
  • Experience: Proven experience in insurance sales or a related field.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Customer Focused: High level of customer service skills and dedication to client satisfaction.
  • Goal-Oriented: Ability to meet and exceed sales targets and objectives.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to assess client needs and provide appropriate solutions.
