Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Sales Consultants by helping customers understand the benefits of renewable solar energy for their homes. This position involves scheduling appointments with homeowners for our professional Solar Consultants.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct residential door-to-door canvassing in neighborhoods to generate leads and identify potential customers interested in solar energy.
- Assist Sales Consultants by establishing leads and presenting products or services to prospective customers.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments with prospective customers.
- Highlight critical personal milestones to ensure sales goals are met.
- Assist in the training and onboarding of new sales team members, providing support and guidance as needed.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance sales efficiency and effectiveness.
- No experience required.
- Ongoing Sales Training - We offer an extensive training program for all new Sales Representatives, including in-depth product/service training, sales techniques and strategies, and ongoing mentorship and support.
