Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively engaging with clients to schedule inspections and manage tasks.
- Efficiently handling incoming calls and inquiries.
- Coordinating timelines and schedules with subcontractors and suppliers.
- Participating in weekly operational and safety meetings.
- Exhibiting outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Overseeing daily project documentation.
- Updating project management software.
- Uploading relevant photos, documents, and notes to electronic job logs.
