Job Overview

Position Summary:

We are seeking a Project Assistant to provide essential support to the RadMD Imaging Program and Project Managers in their daily operations. This role involves engaging in client meetings, preparing study-specific documentation, and maintaining communication with participating sites and Readers to ensure that project objectives are met in accordance with contractual obligations and timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Exemplify and uphold the core values of RadMD.
  • Promote continuous improvement, contributing to business value and fulfilling client requirements.
  • Organize and facilitate team and client meetings, including the preparation of agendas and minutes.
  • Effectively communicate project updates to stakeholders through both written and verbal channels.
  • Respond to inquiries promptly and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Identify and mediate team conflicts.
  • Draft, create, and update internal and external documentation.
  • Ensure all project documents are accurate and up-to-date, including the Trial Master File (TMF).
  • Manage logistics for supply shipping and maintain project tracking tools/databases.
  • Oversee access to the image upload platform and data collection systems.
  • Facilitate communication with sites and address any outstanding data queries.
  • Coordinate with Readers for Independent Review and assist with post-review quality control.
  • Manage client-provided enrollment lists and ensure timely submission of project status updates.
  • Provide user access to the BRITI modules.
  • Deliver well-structured, engaging presentations.
  • Maintain inventory of study supplies.
  • Assist in preparation for audits.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent is preferred.
  • Experience in administration and office operations is required.
  • Background in research, pharmaceuticals, or biotechnology is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with FDA, HIPAA, and other global regulatory compliance standards.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Project.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Ability to manage client, site, and Reader interactions on behalf of RadMD.
  • Comfortable navigating complex situations and problem-solving.
  • Understanding of imaging core lab processes and associated challenges.
