The primary role of the Custodial Services Specialist is to ensure that the Hub of Hope remains clean and welcoming during operational hours. This involves maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the facility.

Key Duties Include:
1. Regular cleaning of all areas within the Hub of Hope.
2. Ensuring that restrooms, common areas, and workspaces are well-maintained.
3. Managing waste disposal and recycling efforts effectively.
4. Assisting with the setup and breakdown of community events as needed.

Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift or move items weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Capability to push or pull carts weighing up to 100 lbs.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 6 months experience in a custodial or janitorial role.
- Strong ability to follow instructions and work independently.
- Basic literacy and numeracy skills are essential.
