  • Facilitate resolution of field disputes or clarifications with contractors.

Project Completion

  • Ensure all contractual forms are duly completed.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to finalize billing, incorporating all change orders.
  • Evaluate the final contract costs and clarify any variances.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Fundamental mechanical or construction knowledge.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in managing glass and glazing projects.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints.
  • Detail-oriented with the capacity to manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field, or an associate degree.
  • Strong mathematical skills.
