Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Coordinator Director to join our team at Swift Staffing Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the coordination of various projects and activities within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:

- Lead, supervise, and mentor a team of coordinators, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and professional development.
- Assign and oversee project tasks, monitor progress, and provide feedback to team members.
- Conduct performance evaluations and manage team dynamics to foster a positive and productive work environment.
- Project Coordination:
- Oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of various projects and programs within the organization.
- Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and deliverables.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.
- Communication and Collaboration:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding project coordination and status updates.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between departments, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
- Coordinate and lead meetings, providing updates and addressing any issues or concerns.
- Process Improvement:
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Develop and document standard operating procedures to streamline workflows and ensure consistency.
- Monitor and analyze project performance metrics to make data-driven decisions and recommendations.
- Resource Management:
- Manage project resources, including personnel, equipment, and budget, to ensure optimal utilization and productivity.
- Coordinate with other departments to secure necessary resources and support for successful project execution.
- Reporting and Documentation:
- Prepare and present regular reports on project status, performance, and outcomes to senior management.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including project plans, reports, and records.
- Problem-Solving:
- Identify and address any project-related issues or obstacles, implementing solutions to keep projects on track.
- Resolve conflicts and challenges that may arise during project execution, ensuring minimal disruption to workflow.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
