Position Overview:

Mortgage Connect is dedicated to facilitating home ownership and is seeking a Client Advocacy Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in customer service and fast-paced settings, engaging daily with clients, borrowers, and team members. Your communication skills will be essential in ensuring a positive experience for all parties involved.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Support:

  • Maintain ongoing communication with customers to guarantee their satisfaction.
  • Manage incoming calls and route them to the correct department.
  • Prepare and finalize all closing protection letters.
  • Conduct necessary bankruptcy and patriot searches.
  • Assist the Scheduling Team in arranging closing appointments with Notaries and Attorneys.

Scanning and Shipping Duties:

  • Organize personalized mailings throughout the transaction, such as welcome notes and thank you letters.
  • Support the scanning and shipping team as required.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong focus on customer service.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Capability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Proficient with computers, including online research and typing.
