Recruitment Duties:
- Source and recruit a designated number of candidates weekly using effective communication and recruitment strategies.
- Oversee all facets of the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, skills assessment, and placement of qualified candidates.
- Utilize discretion and independent judgment to select the most suitable candidates for job assignments.
- Conduct customer service calls and provide organizational support to both business clients and job seekers.
- Coordinate interviews, orientations, and other HR functions, including conflict resolution and staffing decisions.
- Ensure quality control through regular follow-ups with clients and candidates, addressing their needs promptly.
- Leverage sourcing tools and partnerships to maximize recruitment efficiency.
- Implement additional screening methods and interview techniques to identify top talent.
- Build and maintain a network of referrals to foster new business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records in the company database and ensure compliance with documentation requirements.
- A university degree or a combination of relevant education and experience.
- Proficiency in various social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn and others.
- Familiarity with software applications, including ATS/CRM systems, Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Ability to multitask in a dynamic environment with varying daily responsibilities.
- Strong communication skills, with a focus on serving the needs of clients and candidates.
- Self-reliant and capable of working collaboratively within a team.
- High analytical and interpersonal skills, maintaining a professional demeanor.
