Sales Duties:

  • Highlight product and service features, provide pricing information, and negotiate terms while addressing customer objections.
  • Achieve or surpass established sales targets on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
  • Deliver ongoing customer service and support to business clients, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Utilize marketing insights and sales management tools to enhance productivity and sales growth.
  • Demonstrate expertise in cold calling, networking, and territory management.

Recruitment Duties:

  • Source and recruit a designated number of candidates weekly using effective communication and recruitment strategies.
  • Oversee all facets of the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, skills assessment, and placement of qualified candidates.
  • Utilize discretion and independent judgment to select the most suitable candidates for job assignments.
  • Conduct customer service calls and provide organizational support to both business clients and job seekers.
  • Coordinate interviews, orientations, and other HR functions, including conflict resolution and staffing decisions.
  • Ensure quality control through regular follow-ups with clients and candidates, addressing their needs promptly.
  • Leverage sourcing tools and partnerships to maximize recruitment efficiency.
  • Implement additional screening methods and interview techniques to identify top talent.
  • Build and maintain a network of referrals to foster new business opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records in the company database and ensure compliance with documentation requirements.
Qualifications
  • A university degree or a combination of relevant education and experience.
  • Proficiency in various social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn and others.
  • Familiarity with software applications, including ATS/CRM systems, Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Ability to multitask in a dynamic environment with varying daily responsibilities.
  • Strong communication skills, with a focus on serving the needs of clients and candidates.
  • Self-reliant and capable of working collaboratively within a team.
  • High analytical and interpersonal skills, maintaining a professional demeanor.
