Position Available: Custodial Specialist

The Custodial Specialist reports to the lead maintenance technician, maintenance supervisor, or property manager, necessitating meticulous attention to detail and the capacity to adhere to instructions. This role is responsible for upholding the cleanliness and overall aesthetic of the community, which includes the office and amenity spaces.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sanitize recently vacated units
• Maintain cleanliness of leasing office, amenity, and communal areas
• Assist with various projects throughout the community
• Physically manage lifting items weighing 25-30 lbs.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in housekeeping is preferred
• Reliable transportation to and from the workplace
• Strong work ethic with a focus on reliability and dependability
• Enjoy collaborating with others and following directions when necessary
• Exhibit a friendly and customer service-oriented demeanor towards colleagues and clients
