Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Community Manager to join our team at Northwood Ravin, LLC. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our luxury apartment community, ensuring exceptional resident satisfaction, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of community transactions, including rent rolls, delinquency reports, and move-in/move-out documentation.
  • Prepare and submit timely and accurate financial reports, including budgets and income projections.
  • Ensure rent and late fee collections are processed efficiently and effectively.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain residents.
  • Lead and manage a team of on-site staff, including leasing and maintenance personnel.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure timely and effective repairs and maintenance.
  • Monitor and analyze traffic logs, conversion ratios, and other key performance indicators to inform business decisions.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience as a Community Manager or related experience.
  • High school degree or equivalent.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Ability to obtain Fair Housing certification within 30 days of hire.
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
  • College degree.
  • Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) or Accredited Resident Manager (ARM) certification.
  • Previous experience in a luxury high-rise community.
