Community Manager Lead

LSA Management is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Community Manager to oversee the daily operations of our apartment communities in North Carolina. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for fostering a positive resident experience, ensuring efficient and profitable community management, and promoting a culture of excellence and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategies to enhance resident satisfaction and retention
- Manage and execute budgets, rent rolls, and occupancy goals
- Oversee staff leadership and development, including performance reviews and training
- Ensure compliance with company policies, Fair Housing, and other relevant laws and regulations
- Collaborate with regional manager to prepare property annual operating budgets and submit subsidy vouchers (when applicable)
- 5-7 years of experience in property management, with a focus on community management
- Proven ability to diffuse and respond to resident concerns, avoiding escalation
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Knowledge of LIHTC and Tax Credit qualifications
- Ability to work well under time and other constraints
