Job Summary

Cogent is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Account Manager to join our team. As an Outside Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a key geographical and named accounts territory, selling products and engineered solutions to customers within a defined established territory.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a sales professional who is passionate about building strong relationships with customers and driving business growth. Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a key geographical and named accounts territory
  • Sell products and engineered solutions to customers within a defined established territory
  • Work closely with Inside Sales team to determine essential strategic approaches for sales at strategic customers
  • Partner with key vendors and effectively utilize the company's inside sales support staff to achieve established annual sales goals
Requirements
  • Strong working knowledge of industrial mechanical and rotating equipment
  • Strong selling and communication skills
  • Engineering degree or related mechanical or technical sales and problem-solving experience
  • Great attitude and good work ethic
